Education Benefits

The state provides funds to assist National Guard and Naval Militia members to obtain post-secondary educational degrees.  The Air, Army, and Naval units manage the requests by their members.  DAS provides support in handling the funds.

The state can provide up to 100% of the costs of tuition and fees.

AS 26.05.296 Tuition Assistance provides general guidance.
