The Procurement Section is responsible for all procurements over $25,000, professional service contracts. and alternate and exempt procurements.  The section maintains the departmental master list of training certifications and individuals with delegated procurement authorities.  Procurement within DMVA is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.  The following links provide guidance to DMVA procurement personnel:
