Welcome to the ALMR User Council Website. The ALMR User Council is made up of twelve members representing four constituency groups: Local municipal/government, State of Alaska, Department of Defense, and Non-DOD Federal agencies. The Council's Mission is to recommend all operational and maintenance decisions affecting the ALMR Communications System.
