The SECC Manager will determine agency requirements based on the situation.

A. State of Alaska department liaisons may be required in the SECC to ensure coordinated, effective use of State resources.

B. Military resources may be required when civilian sources do not exist or cannot provide the required resource within event time constraints. Alaska National Guard, U.S. Coast Guard and Alaska Command liaison officers (LNO) are required to ensure the timely availability of military resources. LNO must have resource commitment authority.

C. Other situation dependent, agency liaison requirements may also occur; e.g., American Red Cross, PEPPA or VOAD.
