Exceptional Family Members – www.efmconnections.org  This site provides families and those who support the families with access to information on numerous military and community resources.   

Features of the site:

EFMP Module

Explains the personnel function and family support function as they relate to the various Service programs.

Provides access to Service regulations, manuals, etc….

Provides access via email to the EFM points of contact at each installation.

-This data can be updated by the headquarters EFM program manager for    each Service, or their designee.

Will link to individual installation EFMP websites (at the EFMP Coordinators page), if this information is provided.

FAMILY STORIES are intended to provide families with examples of what others have done to obtain necessary services. Encourage families to submit their stories. 

FAMILY CONNECTIONS is a bulletin board for families or others to post questions, find others who might be able to help, etc.
