Veterans Advocacy Award Presented Lt. Governor Sean Parnell and Maj. Gen. Craig E. Campbell present the Governor’s Veterans Advocacy Award to Maurice Bailey of Wasilla. Bailey is the founder of Veterans Aviation Outreach, Inc., a volunteer organization that transports veterans from rural parts of the state to urban centers free of charge.
