Change-of-Command Address Brig. Gen. Deborah McManus addresses those assembled at her change-of-command ceremony October 22, 2007, at Eielson AFB's Yukon Club. McManus assumed the position of Assistant Adjutant General for the Alaska Air National Guard from Brig. Gen. Tony Hart, who will remain as the commander of Kulis Air National Guard Base and its 176th Wing.
