Alaska Army National Guard Holds Historic Transformation Ceremony FORT RICHARDSON, Alaska – During the Alaska Army National Guard transformation ceremony April 13, at Buckner Physical Fitness Center on Fort Richardson, Soldiers of the 207th Infantry Group (Scout) salute before their unit’s colors are cased, signifying the transition of Soldiers from the 207th Infantry Group (Scout) to the provisional 297th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade (Scout) and 38th Troop Command.
