Alaska Army National Guard Holds Historic Transformation Ceremony

FORT RICHARDSON, Alaska – During the Alaska Army National Guard transformation ceremony April 13, at Buckner Physical Fitness Center on Fort Richardson, guidon bearer Sgt. Al Wiggins, (left) of the 38^th Troop Command stands by as Brig. Gen. Thomas Katkus, commander for the Alaska Army National Guard, assists in unfurling the 38^th Troop Command colors before entrusting them back into the care of Col. Antonio Schumate, commander for the 38^th Troop Command and Sgt. Major Pam Harrington, 38^th Troop Command sergeant major.
