Nearly 180 Alaska Army National Guard Soldiers Welcomed Home FORT RICHARDSON, Alaska – After a successful six-month deployment in Iraq, nearly 180 Soldiers with the Alaska Army National Guard’s Bravo Company, 297th Support Battalion stood in formation at the National Guard Armory on Fort Richardson, April 24 before being dismissed to spend the evening with their anxiously waiting families.
