DHS&EM Training and Exercise

Our Mission

  • Arrange training for Alaska emergency management professionals to improve their skills to manage all-hazard emergencies and disasters.
  • Provide outreach training to build disaster resistant communities
Non-emergency professionals should work with their local emergency managers and local emergency planning committees (LEPC) to request training. Learn about your LEPC here: http://ready.alaska.gov/serc/lepc_home.htm

We solicit your advice and participation in our efforts to improve individual, organizational, and community performance throughout the disaster cycle: mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. Send your suggestions to training@ak-prepared.com
