Alaska Governor Meets with Purple Heart Veterans
ANCHORAGE, Alaska –Governor Palin signed Senate Bill 216, which includes the ALCAN highway, from the Canadian border to Fairbanks, in the Purple Heart trail. Palin met with veterans who had received the Purple Heart at VFW post #10252 in Mountain View, Anchorage, on Saturday, May 3rd, 2008.
